Experience:
Heather M. Fritsch was born in DeKalb, Illinois on March 19, 1975. She was raised in the small farming community of Shabbona, Illinois and graduated from Shabbona High School. Attorney Fritsch obtained her undergraduate degree in English with Distinction from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, she was active in the Kent Justice Foundation, Women in the Law Society, and Serving Our Society. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, DeKalb County Bar Association and Kane County Bar Association. Attorney Fritsch is an appointed council member of both the Illinois State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the Standing Committee on Women in the Law. She is active in the community through the New Lawyers Division of the DeKalb County Bar Association, as a Board Member for the Kishwaukee United Way and as a Board Member for Opportunity House.
